The Light Cahill has been fooling selective trout for over a century, and this quill-bodied variation takes the classic one step closer to the real thing. Where standard dubbed bodies can look bulky on the water, the synthetic Light Cahill quill body gives you a slim, segmented profile that matches pale morning duns, sulphurs, and the parade of cream-colored mayflies that hatch from late spring through summer.

Each fly is tied with premium Whiting saddle hackle, so it rides high and stays visible even in broken water — no constant re-dressing between drifts. The size 14 hits the sweet spot for most Eastern mayfly hatches and works just as well out West during PMD and pale dun emergences.
